every day you do this every morning when you get and every night be for you go to bed and you pull down about 40 and count to 10 and you pull up about 50 time and count up to 10 also after a while you ben doing say about six mothes then you pull down about 50 time and pull up about a 100 times every morning when you get and every night when you go to bed it real work it worked for me any ways
